MANASSAS, Va.—Hackers from a criminal organization called Maze have allegedly stolen data from a company that does collections for credit unions and have posted some of it online.

WASHINGTON—The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs (South Carolina), and Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge have filed a lawsuit in federal district court in the District of South Carolina against Candy Kern-Fuller, Howard Sutter III, and Upstate Law Group LLC.

WASHINGTON– The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will hold a symposium on Consumer Access to Financial Records and Section 1033 of the Dodd-Frank Act on Feb. 26 at 9:30 a.m.ET. The event will be webcast on the Bureau’s website.
