SAN FRANCISCO—Uber plans to launch its own credit card, partnering with the British bank Barclays.  The ride-sharing company plans to launch the card later this year, the Associated Press reported.

MOUNTAINVIEW, Calif.—Google’s new payment card tracker, Google Attribution, may be under attack before it ever hits the market.
