MUSKEGON, Mich. – A former credit union teller who has been charged with stealing more than $100,000 from the account of a newly dead friend while she worked at a bank, has now been charged with additional felonies that were allegedly committed while free on bond.

EDWARDSVILLE, Ill.–Scott Credit Union, which is being sued by a former NFL player as part of a fraud lawsuit, has acknowledged that its former business relationship manager, Theodore Longust, embezzled funds and created fictitious loans, but has denied any liability for that criminal conduct.

ALEXANDRIA, Va.–President Barack Obama has appointed Rick Metsger as NCUA Chairman. Metsger had previously served as vice chairman and moves into the role following the departure of former Chairman Debbie Matz. Metsger becomes the ninth chairman of NCUA since it moved to a three-person board.
