LOUISVILLE, Ky.—The $690-million Park Community Credit Union and the $21-million Louisville Medical FCU plan to merge.
The deal still requires regulatory approval from the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions and the NCUA.
Louisville Medical has one branch inside a downtown medical center. Park Community has 14 branches, including facilities in southern Indiana and one in Alabama.
