GOLDEN, Colo.—The board of the $5.3-million Blue Spruce FCU has voted in favor of merging into Coors Credit Union.
The merger will now go to a vote of BSFCU’s 1,200 members, with a special meeting to be held this week. If approved, the merger is to be completed Nov. 30. The $180.5-million Coors CU has 16,000 members.
