BATON ROUGE, La.—Campus Federal Credit Union’s merger with ALEC Federal Credit Union has been approved by ALEC FCU members, according to the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report.
The deal will be completed July 1.
The $895-million Campus Federal currently serves more than 43,000 members and operates 11 locations across Louisiana. With the addition of ALEC FCU, the combined credit union—which will carry the Campus FCU name—will grow to nearly 44,000 members and over $900 million in total assets.
