DALLAS–ALM First Financial Advisors, LLC said it has completed an ownership restructuring in which co-founder Emily Hollis becomes CEO and four long-serving employees take partnership roles.
Named as partners are Mike Ensweiler, managing director, business development; Travis Goodman, managing director, advisory services; Kevin Kirksey, managing director, strategic services group; and Robert Perry, managing director, investment management group.
“I’m thrilled about this transition,” Hollis said. “All four of our new partners have been strong employees of ALM First for many years, and their commitment to our clients and the company is exemplary. With the addition of Kevin, Mike, Robert and Travis as partners, coupled with the experience and support of Platform Partners, ALM First will be able to focus more deeply on enhancements to client services and daily operations.”
ALM First worked with Houston-based Platform Partners, a highly respected investor group that holds a minority interest in the company, on the restructuring.
John Graf, a financial services executive, is investing alongside Platform Partners and will serve on ALM’s board of directors.
