Achieva CU Buys Title Service Co., Forms New CUSO

DUNEDIN, Fla.–Achieva Credit Union said it has completed the launch of Veritas Title and launched Achieva Title Services, a newly formed CUSO.

In a statement, the $2.8-billion credit union said the new CUSO is part of its mission to deliver the “most exceptional and convenient service” to both members and its communities, including borrowers looking to purchase or refinance a residential or commercial property. 

“This acquisition allows us to enhance our real estate services and provide our members and clients with a seamless, stress-free experience,” Chief Business Officer John Wintermeier said in a statement. “With Achieva Title Services, we aim to be your reliable partner in real estate transactions, providing peace of mind from start to finish. We’re here to support you every step of the way.” 

Veritas Title was founded in 2005 and serves all of Florida.

Achieva Credit Union has approximately 195,000 members.
