NAPERVILLE, Ill.—Alloya Corporate Federal Credit Union closed out 2024 by waiving its members’ fees for the month of November.
The corporate CU said it made the move to express its gratitude to its members for their “unwavering support and trust.”
“The loyalty and partnership of Alloya's members has been instrumental to the organization's success,” the corporate said.
By waiving fees in November, members experienced a “fee-free December billing,” representing $4 million in added value returned to members.
"Alloya’s mission is to support credit union success. A fee waiver for the month of December seems like a perfect way to provide credit unions with additional value and recognize those members that use Alloya’s services," said Todd Adams, CEO of Alloya. "A fee waiver for December is not the only way that Alloya has provided additional value. Throughout the year, Alloya has been offering highly competitive short-term deposit rates and several attractive certificate of deposit specials, including a special one month 10% CD related to the launch of the Premier View Mobile application.”
Alloya added that it is committed to providing innovative products and top-notch service to its members.
“We look forward to many more years of collaboration and success as we continue to offer value and ongoing support in 2025 and beyond,” the corporate said.
