INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Credit Union League has recognized five credit unions with its Best Practices Award.
The award was presented during the league’s recent annual meeting.
Recognized for best practices were:
- Lending – Heritage FCU, Newburgh – Instant Issue Visa Cards
- Marketing/Business Development – Elements Financial FCU, Indianapolis – (ELFCU is becoming Elements Financial)
- Marketing/Business Development – Financial Center First CU, Indianapolis – VIP Experience Debit Card Campaign
- Marketing/Business Development – Three Rivers FCU, Fort Wayne – 3Rivers In-House Marketing Agency
- Operations and Technology – FORUM CU, Fishers – Brookville Road Branch Development
- Operations and Technology – Financial Center First CU, Indianapolis – Mobility Adoption
