WASHINGTON—The House of Representatives has released is 2015 schedule and it shows the House will be in recess at the same time credit unions will be in town for CUNA’s Governmental Affairs Conference.
The House will be in session for three of the four weeks in March, but not the week of March 8-14 when the trade association will be hosting the largest credit union event of the year, meeting at the Washington Convention Center. As a result, many members will likely be in their home districts as the meeting is taking place and when credit unions host their annual Hike the Hill visits.
