ONTARIO, Calif.—CU Direct, a provider of lending, automotive and strategic solutions, has enhanced its online auto shopping program, CUDL AutoSMART.
The auto shopping site, with more than 1.5 million vehicles in dealer inventory, has a host of new features to dramatically transform members’ experience and engagement with credit unions, according to CU Direct.
“The new CUDL AutoSMART enables credit unions to create top-of-mind awareness with their members by providing dynamic features, such as white-label branding, and customizable homepage images and content,” the company said. “The vehicle shopping platform’s new design also includes robust ad space and custom content capabilities, providing additional opportunities for credit unions to market and promote products and services to members.”
CU Direct added that members have the ability to shop online and across multiple devices, including smartphones and tablets, and through the new, mobile optimized/responsive design experience.
More than 1,000 credit unions are using AutoSMART to drive member engagement and loyalty, and to help grow auto loans.
