PITTSBURGH, Penn.–An advertising campaign from a credit union here has been selected as the Best in Show at the annual Pittsburgh American Advertising Awards contest.
Chrome FCU’s “Orange is the New Bank” campaign was chosen as the best campaign among the 451 entries in the competition. The marketing was centered on the theme, “Orange is the new Bank,” including a website “Orangeisthenewbank.org.”
The campaign was created to introduce the Washington, Penn.-based Chrome following a name change from Washington Community FCU.
