BISMARCK, N.D.—The Credit Union Association of the Dakotas (CUAD) is hosting its New Ideas Conference here this week.
The meeting opened with an “Interactive Scavenger Hunt” as part of an effort to encourage attendees to try new things. As part of that attendees engaged in social media and used their own smartphones to create posts, including using Instagram, that talked about working in credit unions. The session was led by Randa Zalman, CSO for Redstone. The session concluded with discussion of an easy-to-implement “thank you” campaign that CUs could run during Thanksgiving.
