MADISON, Wis.—CUNA is seeking a candidate for its board representing District 4, class C, which represents credit unions with at least 106,000 natural-person members in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri and Wisconsin.
A vacancy is being created by the resignation from the board of Dennis Pierce, the CEO of CommunityAmerica Credit Union in Kansas City, Mo., who is retiring.
According to CUNA, the board plans to have a replacement in time for the July 12 CUNA board meeting in Denver.
