WASHINGTON—CUNA has sent a letter to NCUA Chairman Debbie Matz expressing the trade association’s concern with the Department of Labor’s proposed overtime and fiduciary rulemakings.
CUNA President and CEO Jim Nussle specifically cited worries that the proposed rules will only add to the compliance burden to credit unions in 2016.
