ARLINGTON, Va.—NAFCU Service Corp. is inviting credit unions to take part in its 9th annual Executive Compensation and Benefits Survey.
NAFCU members will automatically receive an e-mail invitation to complete the online survey, which is being conducted in conjunction with Burns-Fazzi, Brock. Nonmember credit unions can register to receive the survey by signing up at http://www.nafcu.org/execsurvey by March 27, 2015.
“A study like this empowers credit unions to participate and then benefit from the findings. By using the survey insights, credit unions can more effectively evaluate how their executive compensation program compares with peer institutions,” said NAFCU Services President Randy Salser.
Credit unions that complete the survey will receive a complimentary copy of the detailed report, which provides benchmarking information on compensation and benefits for top credit union executives. The survey is open to all credit unions.
