CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.—Noting that Millennials have officially outpaced Baby Boomers in the workplace, the Tennessee Credit Union League has established “tnmic” to motivate, innovate and connect credit union young professionals.
tnmic will host its first professional development conference on, April 20-21, in Knoxville, featuring sessions on leadership development, personal branding and industry trends. Matt Monge will serve as the conference keynote.
“Through tnmic’s inaugural conference, we hope to motivate young professionals, innovate their development as future leaders and connect them with other young professionals from across the state,” said Fred Robinson, president of the Tennessee Credit Union League. “We are excited about investing in tomorrow’s leaders and sustaining the credit union mission.”
The two-day conference venue is located in the heart of Knoxville’s historic Market Square and is within walking distance of area hotels, restaurants and shops. Early-bird registration is $125 and is available until Sunday, March 20. For full details, visit tnmic’s website.
