BAYTOWN, Texas—Community Resource Credit Union has named Chad Heese president and CEO, the $890-million organization announced.

Heese brings more than 20 years of executive leadership in the credit union industry. Prior to joining CRCU, he served as chief lending and strategy officer at Rogue Credit Union for nine years, overseeing business intelligence, product development and lending operations. He also held the position of chief credit officer at Clark County Credit Union, where he helped lead business transformation and lending operations.
