First Capital FCU Names A New CEO

YORK, Penn.–First Capital Federal Credit Union has named Sue DeStephano its new CEO and president. DeStephano will take over the job in January and succeed Dennis Flickinger, who is retiring Dec. 31 after 26 years as First Capital's CEO and president.

"After a nationwide search to find the ideal candidate, we are happy to select a candidate from within," Board Chairman Stewart Olewiler, III said in a released statement. "Sue is an experienced, dedicated and long-time employee who we feel will take First Capital to the next level."

DeStephano currently oversees lending, branch operations, collections and business services as First Capital's vice president of operations.

The $165-million First Capital has 18,000 members.
