APPLETON, Wis.–Fox Communities Credit Union here is hosting a seminar aimed at women who are also first time-homebuyers.
The seminar, “Homebuying, by Women, for Women,” will be held in what the credit union said is a “relaxed atmosphere” and will also include wine and appetizers.
Topics at the seminar will include:
- Why your credit is important
- How to benefit from a variety of loan programs
- What to look for when choosing a home
- The difference between appraisals and inspections
- The homebuying process
This free seminar is presented by Fox Communities’ mortgage lending staff, as well as Vicky Beckman of Beckman Properties.
