TUSCALOOSA, Ala.—A court hearing has been set here as Alabama One Credit Union seeks a temporary restraining order against the Alabama Credit Union Administration, which has issued a cease-and-desist to the CU that calls for replacement of its senior management, among other actions.
Alabama One, however, appealed that order and is seeking the temporary restraining order until a ruling on its appeal is made, according to the Tuscaloosa News. An administrative law judge is scheduled to hear the initial appeal on June 9 in Montgomery.
Details of the cease-and-desist can be found here.
