WILLIAMSPORT, Penn.—Horizon FCU has named Justin Howard as its new president and CEO.
The $65-million Horizon has 10,000 members. Howard was most recently with Northern CU in Watertown, N.Y. The Pennsylvania CU Association quoted HFCU’s chairman, Jim Fedele, as saying of Howard, “He is passionate about the credit union philosophy of People Helping People, which drives him each and every day.”
