WASHINGTON—Jan Roche, president and CEO of the $1.7-billion State Department FCU in Alexandria, Va., testified today on behalf of NAFCU before a House Small Business Committee hearing on the Oct. 1 EMV deadline.
The hearing, “The EMV Deadline and What it Means for Small Businesses,” examined the implications of the EMV chip deadline for small businesses and the efforts that are being made to ensure America’s small businesses are in compliance with their financial service providers.
