LOUISVILLE, Ky.–Cardinal Arena on the University of Louisville's campus will now be named after L&N FCU following a naming rights deal.
L&N FCU has made what the university called a $2 million gift, the result of which is the facility now bears the credit union’s name.
The new L&N Federal Credit Union Arena, originally built in 1991, is home to the offices, training and competition facilities for the Cardinals’ women’s volleyball team.
L&N Federal Credit Union said it committed the money to help fund upcoming projects for the Cardinals, according to a news release.
