BIRMINGHAM, Ala./TALLAHASSEE, Fla.— LEVERAGE, an affiliate of the League of Southeastern Credit Unions & Affiliates, is re-launching HRx in Alabama and Florida to help streamline credit unions’ HR operations.
HRx is a full-service human resources solution, including placement services, employee screening, professional employer organization services, and employee surveys.
By utilizing HRx for employee screenings, credit unions “ensure that solid candidates will be brought forward for consideration. This frees up staff time to focus on the membership’s needs,” the league explained in a release.
The service also can also fill the gaps for credit unions and boards of directors that need help in executive recruiting,
“Credit unions will tell you that executive recruiting is difficult,” said LEVERAGE president/CEO Patrick La Pine. “To be able to utilize a solution like HRx takes the pressure off of finding that right employee. Plus, HRx can fill many HR needs to help credit unions offer services they may not be able to offer on their own.”
HRx is led by Jason Neifield, LSCU human resources director, and Leia White, LSCU HR consulting manager.
