LAREDO, Texas—The Laredo Police Department issued a statement over the weekend that Laredo Federal Credit Union is seeing numerous issues with debit card abuse.
At least 20 members have filed reports of abuse of their cards, according to police, who said the bogus transactions are mostly taking place out of town in Austin and San Antonio.
Members are being urged to watch their cards carefully. LFCU said it will be issuing a statement today.
