Long-Time CUNA Employee Vicki Joyal Passes

MADISON, Wis.—Vicki Joyal, known to many for her long tenure at CUNA where she headed its research efforts, has died.

Ms. Joyal was 53, and died from ovarian cancer.

Ms. Joyal joined CUNA in 1998 where she worked for 17 years, eventually rising to VP of market research. After leaving CUNA, Ms. Joyal joined with Cyndi Vendon to form CVJ Solutions, a consulting firm for financial institutions. She is survived by her husband, Marc, and her two sons, Jake and Kurt, and other family members.

A devoted fan of local sports fans, Ms. Joyal asked that those who attended a memorial service attend wearing their favorite team colors, especially if it was the University of Wisconsin Badgers or Green Bay Packers.\
