SALT LAKE CITY–Mountain America Credit Union has been named as a winner of a 2015 Gartner & 1to1 Media Customer Excellence Award for Innovation in Customer Insight.
The award highlights companies that are customer-focused and add measurable value through the combined use of strategy, technology and execution to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
According to Gartner, since 2012 Mountain America has been running a formalized program to refine member experience and build loyalty by acting on member feedback. Mountain America uses the MaritzCX platform to help bring together insights from surveys, unsolicited feedback via the Member Voice website link and social media, the call center, and branch employees, to continuously improve business operations and the overall member experience.

We work continually to better understand our members' priorities and then match them with quality products and services that complement their unique situation," noted Dennis Bromley, SVP of member development and engagement for Mountain America.
Mountain America will be recognized during the Gartner Customer 360 Summit in San Diego and featured on 1to1 Media's website and on the Gartner Customer 360 Summit website.
