NAFCU Announces Alliance For Sharing Polices, Procedures, In Real Time

MONTREAL, Quebec–NAFCU announced a new strategic alliance with CBANC, a free and secure online network for financial institutions that will allow NAFCU member credit unions to share policies, procedures, agreements and best practices in real time.

“You can share feedback from regulatory exams, reviews of third-party vendors, and other important information that will help your credit union,” said NAFCU CEO Dan Berger in remarks at the group’s annual convention here. “Our members will have free access to compliance policies, procedures, and answers. NAFCU has had a long history of supporting compliance, risk, and auditing professionals. We have chosen a strong new partner to help us continue in that effort. We want to make sure that our members have the tools they need to take on today’s world of heightened compliance risk.”
