ARLINGTON, Va.—Credit unions will learn how to actively engage employees, inspire members and boost revenue through a free webcast hosted by NAFCU on April 8.
The webcast, “How to Create a Culture That Creates Engagement,” will be led by Mike Neill, president of Michael Neill & Associates, and will broadcast live from 2:00 p.m.-3:30 p.m. ET from NAFCU’s headquarters here. Based on the top-rated session at NAFCU’s 2016 Strategic Growth Conference, the webcast will help energize employees and motivate them to provide the best possible service to credit union members, NAFCU stated.
“During the conference, an attendee pulled me aside and said her only regret was that her entire management team wasn’t there with her,” said Dan Berger, NAFCU president and CEO. “With today’s technology, however, we are able to make that happen.”
By attending this webcast, participants will learn:
- Three key leadership behaviors that create engagement;
- Six cultural imperatives to grow a mission-focused, engagement-oriented organization; and
- Systems and structures to lock-in cultural behaviors.
Berger will provide a special introduction on why having an involved and engaged credit union culture is important.
CEOs and senior level executives, branch operations, human resources and training managers, and marketing and member engagement staff are all encouraged to attend, NAFCU said. This webcast is available to all U.S. credit unions.
While the webcast is provided free of charge, registration is required. Click here to register. The webcast will be available on demand for one year.
