SPRINGFIELD, Ore. — Northwest Community Credit Union has sold its headquarters building here for $5.75-million to Roseburg Forest Products.
The credit union is selling the 50,429-square-foot building as it plans to move its headquarters and 150 employees to offices near downtown Eugene, Ore. NCCU plans to continue to lease a portion of the sold building to operate a branch. Roseburg Forest Products plans to move approximately 30 employees into the facility, while leasing other portions of the building.
