NCUA Announces 2026 Leadership Team

ALEXANDRIA, Va.--NCUA Tuesday announced the names of its executive leadership team.

The announcement follows NCUA's voluntary separation programs from 2025, as the agency downsized, and Chairman Kyle Hauptman's announcement in December that the regulator will reorganize this year.

NCUA's executive leadership team:

  • Sarah Bang, Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor to Chairman Hauptman
  • Nate Kreoger, Deputy Chief of Staff
  • Sierra Robinson, Director, Office of External Affairs and Communications
  • Larry Fazio, Executive Director
  • Kelly Lay, Acting Deputy Executive Director
