NCUA Bans Three People From Credit Unions

ALEXANDRIA, Va. — NCUA issued three consent-based prohibition orders in December, permanently barring the individuals named below from participating in the affairs of any federally insured depository institution.

  • Rita Hartman, former employee of Muddy River Credit Union, Atchison, Kans., agreed and consented to the issuance of a prohibition order and agreed to comply with all its terms to settle and resolve the NCUA board’s claims against her.
  • Teresa Margiotta, former employee of Peak Credit Union, Lacey, Wash., agreed and consented to the issuance of a prohibition order and agreed to comply with all its terms to settle and resolve the NCUA Board’s claims against her.
  • Evelyn Bittar, former employee of Transfiguration Parish Federal Credit Union, Brooklyn, N.Y., agreed and consented to the issuance of a prohibition order and agreed to comply with all its terms to settle and resolve the NCUA board’s claims against her.
