MARION, Ill.--NCUA Wednesday placed $10.6-million Aldersgate Federal Credit Union here into conservatorship, the agency announced.
NCUA noted the agency is working to resolve issues affecting the credit union’s operations.
Aldersgate FCU has 811 members and serves the ministerial and probationary members, full time employees, local pastors, clergy persons and diaconal ministers under appointment of the bishop of the Illinois Great Rivers Conference of the United Methodist Church.
The credit union made $55,000 in net income in 2024 and $33,481 through March, according to Call Report data. Net worth stands at 10.17%.
