ALEXANDRIA, Va.–NCUA has issued a prohibition order, the only such order it issued in December.
Prohibited from participating in the affairs of any federally insured financial institution was Brianna Lee Freel, a former employee of U.P. State Credit Union in Escanaba, Mich. Freel pleaded guilty to charges of embezzlement and false pretenses, received two years of probation and was ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $54,595.21.
