OMAHA, Neb.—The Nebraska Credit Union League has named Brandon Luetkenhaus President and CEO, the league announced.
Luetkenhaus succeeds Scott Sullivan, who is retired June 30 after 36 years of service at the league—25 of those years as President/CEO.
“I am excited to work with Brandon and appreciate his extensive league dedication,” said Robin Larsen, president/CEO of Cobalt Credit Union and league board chairwoman. “His experience and leadership qualities are exceptional. He is well-known in the credit union industry and is a strong voice for all credit unions. He consistently advocates for the credit union’s interests within government and regulatory frameworks and serves as a liaison with government officials and monitors legislation. I look forward to watching Brandon lead the league to new heights.”
“Over the past twenty years, it has been my privilege to advocate for Nebraska’s credit unions, and I am humbled by the board’s confidence in me to lead this organization into the future,” said Luetkenhaus.
Luetkenhaus began his career at the league in 2004 as the association’s director of government affairs and later as chief advocacy officer.
