ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.—PSCU will host a free marketing webinar featuring internationally recognized author, consultant and entrepreneur Peter Shankman, on Wednesday, May 27 at 2:00 p.m. EST.
The webinar, which is part of PSCU’s Make Your Money Matter initiative, is free for all PSCU member-owner credit unions. The webinar is titled, “Learn How to Create “Rabid Fans” Through Great Customer Service.”
According to PSCU, the “participants in this webinar will learn how to create members who are so loyal, so addicted, and so passionate, that they go out of their way to bring new customers with them each time they come back. It will answer questions including:
