ALEXANDRIA, Va.—Pentagon Federal Credit Union’s “Promise Visa” card is the only card to receive an A+ rating out of more than 800 balance cards that were rated on an A-F scale by MagnifyMoney.com.
MagnifyMoney rated the card highly for its “simplicity and transparency” on the card that offers a 48-month, 4.99% APR introductory rate. The rate adjusts to 9.99% after the promotional rate expires.
The PenFed Promise Visa Card comes with no fees, has a 7.49% introductory purchase APR for the first 36 months (following introductory period, APR varies with the prime rate and is currently 9.99% APR), and is chip enabled.
