HARRISBURG, Penn.—The Pennsylvania Credit Union Association has joined with League InfoSight to offer a program that it says will “revolutionize compliance management” for credit unions.
Called “ComplySight,” the PCUA said the new program “incorporates aspects of services such as InfoSight and CU PolicyPro, but goes further by assessing all areas of risk within a credit union. ComplySight is a web-based compliance management and tracking system that manages compliance initiatives through a single application, supporting a state of continual readiness for audits and exams.”
The PCUA added that ComplySight is designed to follow existing compliance work flow and processes, but is also flexible enough to build processes where few or none exist. It includes action items that allow tasks to be created, assigned, and tracked based on deadlines. E-mail notification reminders are sent to assignees, along with attached documentation, keeping staff on task and on time.
In a video accompanying the introduction of the new service, PCUA CEO Patrick Conway said the program has been in development for three years and will be available exclusively to Pennsylvania credit unions with a subscription fee charged based on asset size.
