BAXTER, Minn.–The $258-million Mid-Minnesota Federal Credit Union said it has absorbed via merger Pine To Prairie FCU in Twin Valley, Minn.
Members of Pine to Prairie voted in favor of the merger earlier this year. Pine to Prairie was founded in 1958, and has become a branch of Mid-Minnesota, with manager Valerie Riepe remaining in her current position.
