Proctor FCU Members Approve Merger With Centricity CU

PROCTOR, Minn.—Members of the $71-million Proctor Federal Credit union here have approved a merger with $245-million Centricity, CU based in Hermantown, Minn., Centricity reported on its website.

Proctor FCU will keep its name and operate as an affiliate of Centricity, Centricity said.

Proctor will convert its systems in early May.

We thank our members for their trust and support during this transition,” said Dave Horak president/CEO of Proctor Federal Credit Union.
