MEMPHIS, Tenn.—The $89-million Shelby County FCU has named Raffael Crockett CEO.
Crockett, who joined the credit union in June 2024, previously served as CEO of BrightStar Credit Union in South Florida, where he spearheaded a 200% growth in assets, restored net worth to “stellar levels,” and successfully rebranded the institution. His extensive experience also includes serving as a problem case officer with the National Credit Union Administration,” the CU said.
The South Florida Business Journal has recognized Crockett as a Broward County Ultimate CEO and Top Power Leader in Banking & Finance, the CU added.
