KALAMAZZO, Mich.—A man has been arrested after allegedly attempting to rob branch of Kalsee Credit Union here, WWMT reported.
The Kalamazoo Police Department arrested the individual, who has not been identified.
According to WWMT, around 9:58 a.m. on Saturday, Kalamazoo Public Safety officials responded to the credit union’s report of a robbery. A male suspect entered the bank and demanded money from the teller, officials said.
After an altercation, the suspect forcibly took cash from the teller's desk and fled on foot, WWMT said.
The suspect entered a grey sedan, which was seen traveling at a high speed northbound on Fulford Street from Miller Road.
