WARNER ROBINS, Ga. —The $4.7-billion Robins Financial Credit Union donated $1 million to local nonprofits and community initiatives throughout 2025, supporting programs focused on education, healthcare, and essential services across Georgia, the CU announced.
“Our mission has always gone beyond financial services; it’s about investing in people and strengthening the communities we serve,” said Christina O’Brien, president and chief executive officer of Robins Financial Credit Union. “Reaching this milestone in community giving reflects the passion of our employees, the support of our members, and our shared belief that when our communities thrive, we all succeed.”
According to the credit union, its 2025 community support included $100,000 in scholarships awarded to 50 graduating high school seniors pursuing higher education at colleges, universities, technical schools, or trade schools in Georgia. Robins Financial also raised $75,000 for a local children’s hospital to support equipment purchases and patient treatment.
In addition, the credit union donated $260,000 to 18 local nonprofits through its Community Project initiative and awarded $54,000 in classroom supplies and learning tools to 30 educators through its fourth annual GRANTED Program.
Robins Financial also provided monetary donations and collection items to local nonprofits through its Holiday Giving initiative and supported the United Way of Central Georgia with $171,000, raised through employee contributions and a corporate donation.
The credit union said the donations reflect its ongoing commitment to supporting the communities it serves.
