Rocky Mountain CU CEO Steve Sendon Announces Retirement; Search on for Successor

HELENA, Mont.– Steve Sendon, president and CEO of Rocky Mountain Credit Union, has announced his retirement.

Sendon has served Rocky Mountain Credit Union for more than 17 years, with the past six years as president/CEO, overseeing growth to more than $370 million in assets and more than 25,000 members.

“We will miss Steve, but we are excited for him and his well-earned retirement,” the board said in a statement. “We thank Steve for his many years of service to our credit union and community.”

EVP/CFO Cyrus Malkin will serve as interim CEO for the organization until the executive search is complete.

D. Hilton Associates has been engaged to conduct a nationwide search.
