SAINT PAUL, Minn.—When the St. Paul Saints minor league team opens its home schedule here this week it will do so with a new SPIRE Credit Union right field home run porch, which sits atop the 18-foot-high wall at CHS Field.
The new home run porch is only the latest relationship between the credit union and the team, which is part of a broader, eight-year partnership between the two. SPIRE is already a sponsor of the SPIRE Tire Race, the Memorial Day fireworks show, called “SPIREworks,” offers the official checking account of the team, which includes customized debit cards and checks, as well as two tickets to a Saints game per account.
“Our employees were so excited when we announced our new partnership with the Saints,” says Dan Stoltz, CEO of SPIRE, in a statement. “They will be getting out to the games and meeting Saints fans, and letting people know about SPIRE, too.”
Other SPIRE involvement includes sponsoring the Kids Cam, and hosting a SPIRE/Winter Carnival Night in Early August.
