MADISON, Wis. — Summit Credit Union reported that it has completed its merger with Janesville-based Educational Employees Credit Union.
The combined credit union will have $2.3 billion in assets and more than 147,000 members, primarily in Wisconsin, as well as more than 30 branches. Barbara Berken, the CEO of Educational Employees CU, will remain in a leadership capacity at Summit Credit Union.
