WESTMINSTER, Colo./WARRENVILLE, Ill.—System United Corporate FCU (SunCorp) and Alloya Corporate FCU (Alloya) have been approved to merge, with SunCorp being merged into Alloya.
SunCorp members will now vote on the merger plan in February and, if approved, the plan is to complete the merger by Feb. 28, 2015. Once completed, the combined corporate will have members from coast to coast from five offices. Alloya said it projects retaining approximately half of SunCorp’s employees.
