KENILWORTH, N.J.—The Atlantic FCU here has selected Bluepoint Solutions for its document imaging suite, FASTdocs, for enterprise content management (ECM).
Automating and digitizing current paper-based processes will allow the credit union to gain a surplus in employee time, the company said. The $253-million The Atlantic FCU has 18,000 members, and recently expanded its FOM to include Union and Essex counties.
In addition to FASTdocs, The Atlantic FCU has also selected Bluepoint’s File Import Studio for electronic import into FASTdocs with no manual intervention, and WebShare for online member document access.
"We currently have entire rooms full of filing cabinets in our branches and dedicated staff members that spend hours each day filing and sorting through paperwork," said Maryann Small, marketing manager for The Atlantic Federal Credit Union. "The adoption of FASTdocs will allow us to focus our resources on financial education and wellness programs, consumer lending, and member acquisition both in the branches and at community events.
